Overview
We created 2 videos, one in English and the other in Japanese, to support ZenGroup’s hiring team, highlighting what it’s like to work at ZenGroup.
The Client
ZenGroup is an e-commerce company based in Osaka with multiple businesses offering cross-border e-commerce services, such as proxy-buying from Japan, a digital marketplace, subscription boxes, and marketing services.
We interviewed 30 employees in English and Japanese to understand the essence of the ZenGroup work culture. 5 hours of interview footage was edited down to two 4-minute videos to efficiently and engagingly share why potential employees should apply to work at ZenGroup.
The video is now used to support ZenGroup’s hiring process, and is available on the career page to give applicants a better understanding of the company that they are applying to.
