Web Design, Photo & Video Production
Overview
We worked with multiple production teams around the world to create a series of customer testimonial videos to highlight the diversity of products available on ZenMarket and places ZenMarket can ship to. We had one video per participating country, and a total of 17 videos. The campaign all came together on one dedicated landing page.
The Client
ZenGroup is an e-commerce company based in Osaka. It is made of multiple businesses, including ZenMarket, ZenPlus, ZenPop, and ZenPromo. They offer various cross-border e-commerce services, such as proxy-buying from Japan, a digital marketplace, subscription boxes, and marketing services.
Video Production
The goal was to highlight the diversity of both ZenMarket’s customers and the products available through its services. The “From Japan to Me” campaign aimed to film one customer in each participating country, for which we worked with video production teams around the world to film and conduct the interviews. Upon confirming the required materials, we edited the footage, created the YouTube thumbnails, and made a landing page to display all 17 videos.
The videos were filmed with all customers speaking in their native language. To facilitate the editing process, we coordinated with production teams to organize the footage for smooth editing and worked with native speakers to approve the final versions of each video.
All videos have also been edited for social media platforms in vertical format and localized in 19 languages.
Design Creation
We meticulously designed and developed a landing page to prominently feature customer testimonial videos, demonstrating why customers worldwide prefer ZenMarket.
Our primary objective was to strengthen trust and solidify ZenMarket's brand identity, ensuring that prospective customers feel confident in their choice of services. Customer testimonials are particularly compelling as they offer genuine, relatable experiences that new customers can rely on.
To maintain brand consistency and enhance visual appeal, we incorporated ZenMarket's distinctive colors throughout the page. A dynamic world map with planes flying from Japan to various customer locations was also integrated, highlighting our extensive global reach. This design element not only adds to the page's aesthetics but also reinforces ZenMarket's mission of connecting Japan with the world, delivering Japanese products to customers across the globe.
